Las circunstancias que se han vivido recientemente a nivel mundial han generado retos, incertidumbre y tensiones que han obligado a los docentes a reflexionar más que nunca sobre su propia identidad, a revisar sus prácticas en función de contextos, situaciones y públicos cada vez más diversos y exigentes. En un entorno en el que el contacto entre lenguas se hace más pronunciado debido a la movilidad de los sujetos, las nuevas tecnologías, la globalización e, incluso, fenómenos geopolíticos y naturales, la investigación en lenguas extranjeras desde diferentes perspectivas (lingüística, didáctica, cultural, entre otras).

We are pleased to announce our 60th Annual conference in Santa Marta, from 2 to 4 October, 2025. The overall aim of the Conference is to provide a space for academics, professionals, and postgraduate students to meet and share and promote the exchange of ideas and experiences between English language teachers and students on a national as well as at an international level.
